Meet your instructors
Ashley Schrodter
Finding her love for Pilates early in life, Ash decided to pursue teaching her personal passion in 2013.
Â
Certified in Matwork, Reformer, Pre & Postnatal Pilates, Barre, and Fitness Certificates III & IV, Ash's knowledge expands into all avenues of movement science. Yet sheâs still most at home teaching Matwork - drawn to its slower pace, freedom, and focus on precise form.
Â
Her classes meet clients exactly where they are, guiding them toward strong, intelligent movement. Through career shifts, injuries, and pregnancies, Pilates has been her constantâkeeping her grounded, resilient, and inspired to help others feel the same.
Alina Filipe
Alina Filipe is a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor with advanced training in pelvic health and rehabilitation. She began her career in sports physiotherapy before discovering a deeper passion for pelvic floor and pelvic health physiotherapyâ helping people reconnect with their bodies, restore confidence, and move without pain.
With over a decade of experience, Alina integrates clinical expertise, mindful movement, and trauma-informed care to support clients through every stage of life â from athletes to postpartum recovery, and beyond.
Alongside her clinical work, Alina tutors for the Australian Physiotherapy Association and mentors physiotherapists across the world, guiding them to deliver evidence-based, inclusive and compassionate pelvic health care. Her Pilates teaching reflects the same principles she brings to her practice â grounded, empowering, and deeply connected to the bodyâs natural intelligence.
Daniel Erulian
Daniel was first introduced to the biomechanics of movement and breath through martial arts and Tai Chi in 2010.
Â
Fascinated with the body's potential, he soon completed his Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness, Mat Pilates and Yoga Qualification, blending all of these modalities together into various HIIT, Dance, Calisthenics and Movement based experiences, until deciding to primarily focus on developing his signature flow style of Yoga for the past 10 years.
Â
Now revisiting and expanding upon his Pilates and Matwork background, he is more passionate than ever about the complimentary synergy between Pilates, Yoga and Conscious Connected Movement.
Bringing everything to The Path.
